Willow Honey is built on care, craftsmanship, and intention. Located beneath a grove of willow trees in Germantown, NY, the hives are maintained in close connection with the land. Each spring, the bees produce a mellow, organic, raw honey that reflects the subtle flavors of the season. Gathered in small batches, it’s an intentionally made product that captures the best of nature and design.
The logo is inspired by the shape of a honeybee’s oblong eyes. The serif typography includes intentional connections between certain letters, echoing the way honey slowly gathers and joins as it flows. This balance of structure and softness reflects the brand’s values: thoughtful, natural, and refined.
Every vessel is one of a kind, hand-blown by glass artisans with curved forms that reflect the consistency and movement of honey. Each comes with a custom-cast spoon shaped like a drip of honey and is sealed with a sterling silver cap.
