Our Benefits
Good work needs a good life around it. We work hard, care deeply about what we make, and believe people do their best work when they have the time, support, and space to have a life outside the studio.
Everyone gets 22 days of PTO, including sick and safe time, plus 13 paid holidays. We also close the studio between Christmas and New Year’s. Altogether, that’s around 40 paid days off a year. Please use them.
Stick around and your vacation grows with you. On every Team anniversary, we add another PTO day to your annual allowance.
We believe being together makes the work better, so Monday through Thursday we’re in the studio. Fridays, everyone works from home.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we wrap at 1:30pm on Fridays. Go outside.
Everyone gets three days each month to work remotely from wherever makes sense. We also have studio-wide work-from-home weeks during the year, with additional flexibility when life calls for it.
Team pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees. No employee premium coming out of your paycheck.
New parents get 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave, with the option to take another 12 weeks unpaid while Team continues to cover medical benefits.
Whether or not you contribute yourself, Team puts 3% of your salary into your 401(k). Your future self is welcome.
Full-time employees participate in an annual bonus tied to the performance of the studio. When Team has a good year, we want the people who made it happen to share in it.
We’ll help pay for books, classes, talks, conferences and other things that make you better at what you do, or expose you to something entirely new. We also host lunch-and-learns and make time to get out into the creative world together.
A natural-dye workshop. Letterpress. The CFDA Awards. A New York Liberty game. A few days camping upstate. Some things are about work. Some very much aren’t. Both matter.
Breakfast, espresso, snacks, a stocked fridge, team lunches, happy hours and the occasional big dinner. You should not have to design on an empty stomach.

We have annual peer and manager reviews, end-of-year salary reviews, and regular check-ins throughout the year. No saving up feedback for twelve months. The goal is to know what’s working, where you’re going, and how we can help you get there.
